Annabel Brown raises funds and beats her previous time at the 5K Adidas Challenge in Hyde Park, Sept 2010 – congratulations!

“Done in 50 min which was my target and 20 min off my last attempt in 2008!!” utters Annabel.

Will Hickman has returned safe… London to Lourdes by bike – job done!

Will and his loyal friend, Mike Cumming-Bruce have successfully, completed their London to Lourdes bike challenge this July - 8 days cycling at approximately 75 miles a day – job done!

Will raised a generous £932.72 for ARMF. The Roberts family and ARMF trustees are very grateful for his stamina and inspiring courage.
